Free home workout generator
Choose how long you've got, what you want to work and how hard you want it. You get a full no-equipment workout in a second, in an order that makes sense, and a timer to run it.
How it works
- Time: 10, 15, 20, 30 or 45 minutes.
- Goal: balanced, fat burn, strength, core, upper body, lower body, booty or low impact.
- Level: beginner, intermediate or advanced. This changes the moves, how hard the middle gets, and the suggested work and rest.
- Jumping: fine, or none at all for joints, neighbours and downstairs flats.
- Press Build. That's it.
Why the order matters
Most random workout generators pick moves and stop there, so you end up doing push-ups, then jumping jacks, then a plank, then lunges: up and down off the floor every minute, and the same muscles twice in a row. This one plans the order:
- Floor moves are grouped together, so you get down once (or as many times as you choose) instead of every other move.
- Muscle groups take turns, so your legs rest while your arms work.
- Effort rises and falls in waves, with easier moves at the start and end.
- Jumps are spaced out so they don't pile up back to back.
Then make it yours
Tap a move to see it animated, swap it for a similar one, drag to reorder, or add any of the 230 moves from the library. Change the timing, run it as a circuit or as sets, then press Start. Copy the link to send the exact workout to someone else.
Questions
- Is the workout generator free?
- Yes. Every goal, level and length is free, and there's no account, paywall or ads.
- Do I need any equipment?
- No. Every move uses your body weight. A couple of optional moves use a couch or a wall, and you can swap those out.
- Will it give me the same workout every time?
- No. Press Build again for a different one. Tick "Keep moves I've picked" to hold on to the ones you like.
- Can I save a workout?
- Your current workout stays in this browser. To keep one for later or share it, use Copy link: the whole workout is in the link.
